Carly Rae Jepsen Is Carefree Jet-Setter in ‘Run Away With Me’ Music Video!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be Carly Rae Jepsen? Well here is your chance! The 29-year-old pint-sized diva has given us a first-person view of what it’s like to be her with the music video premiere of latest E·MO·TION single “Run Away With Me“!

The clip, directed by David Kalani Larkins, follows Carly‘s adventures in Tokyo, Paris and New York during her recent E·MO·TION promotional tour. “I didn’t even know we were making a music video until about halfway through it,” Carly said in a statement. “David always has a camera in his hand and he has a way about him that makes you forget that it’s there. It became a part of our daily adventure on the road to film as we went. Promo tour can be a blur and I can remember watching over his shoulder as he uploaded the footage, recounting memories of the trip that I had almost already forgotten. This project became a way for us to slow down time and preserve the moments from magical places like Paris, New York and Japan.”
